UPDATE, 5:20: RHP Jeremy Hellickson (elbow) said he feels great heading into tomorrow’s rehab start – three or four innings and 50-60 pitches in Tampa for Class A Charlotte.

Ryan Hanigan (hamstring) will catch him. He said he’ll likely make two or three other rehab starts at designated hitter before rejoining the Rays next week.

Joe Maddon is trying to bust the 10-game losing streak with a pair of new, two-tone brown glasses.

The toy stick pony players rode in the dugout after scoring Thursday night is back at Tropicana Field, in David DeJesus’ locker. He said he doesn’t know how the unnamed toy got there and that the Rays might  ask a rookie to bring it to the dugout again.

The Rays seek to halt a 10-game losing streak when they host the Mariners tonight.
