UPDATE, 3:10: Hank Conger is back behind the plate for the Rays, making his first start since Saturday. Overall, Curt Casali has started 9 of the last 11 games, and replaced Conger for defensive purposes on Saturday. Controlling the running game has been an issue for Conger, as he has allowed 11 stolen bases this season and 48 straight going to early last season with Houston.
