Minor matters: Myers returns and homers, but Lee out for season
Update 10:45 p.m, Bad news for Rays touted infield prospect, SS Hak-Ju Lee, who has torn ligaments in his left knee, and he will likely not return this season.
Lee, who was helped off the field in Game 1 of Triple-A Durham's doubleheader today, had been playing so well, leading the Bulls with a .422 batting average.
Lee will return to St. Pete to be examined by team doctors.
Developing: Rays touted OF prospect Wil Myers, who has been day-to-day with a bruised right foot, returned to the lineup for Triple-A Durham Saturday night, and delivered his first professional homer.
Myers, the centerpiece of the offseason RHP James Shields trade to the Royals, hit a solo homer to centerfield in the fourth inning off Norfolk's Mark Hendrickson.
The bad news for the Bulls, however, was that SS Hak-Ju Lee - the Rays top infield prospect - left Game 1 of the doubleheader with a left leg injury. There's no official update on Lee's status, but it would be a disappointing setback considering he leads Durham with a .422 batting average this season.
Will keep you posted with updates on Lee as soon as we get them.
