The Rays went through a final workout at the Trop today in advance of Tuesday's opener, with Shelley Duncan joining the team after his Sunday call-up to replace Luke Scott.

As of this afternoon, tickets are still available. The Rays had sold out their previous eight home openers. They did sell out the special District K-9 section that will in place for David Price starts.

Manager Joe Maddon set his lineup, with Sam Fuld the beneficiary of Scott's absence.

Here is the lineup:

Jennings cf
Fuld rf
Zobrist 2b
Longoria 3b
Joyce lf
Escobar ss
Loney 1b
Molina c
Johnson dh
Price p

With Scott out, Maddon put Fuld in the lineup and into rightfield, his reasoning being that Joyce is more likely to play in leftfield and Fuld is used to playing all three spots, then moved Ben Zobrist to second base and put Johnson at the DH spot.

Price said he was excited about what will be his second Opening Day start, though also will be relieved when it's over.

Duncan said he was pleasantly surprised with the promotion, and much preferred the short drive from Port Charlotte to St. Pete than to Durham, where he was headed shortly before he got the call.
