The Rays set their opening day lineup, with the biggest news that Hank Conger will be behind the plate rather than Curt Casali.

Manager Kevin Cash said that was primarily due to Conger being a better matchup against Toronto starter Marcus Stroman.

"Stroman is a very good pitcher and we like how Hank's handled the bat, especially against those tough righties," Cash said Friday morning.

"I spoke with Arch (starting RHP Chris Archer). Arch is very comfortable throwing to both of
them, so that was basically it. Curt's gonna play quite a bit."

Here is the Rays lineup for Sunday:

Forsythe 2b

Morrison 1b

Longoria 3b

Dickerson dh

Jennings lf

Miller ss

Souza rf

Kiermaier cf

Conger c

Archer p
