Hart and Wetherell meet

FSU president T.K. Wetherell and his now lame-duck athletic director Dave Hart met Wednesday, their first chat since word got out that Wetherell has no plans to retain Hart after his current contract expires in January, 2009.

Both said the meeting was routine and they talked about managing the upcoming budget cuts and other administrative matters, according to a statement from Wetherell.

As for Hart's status, Wetherell said there would be no further comment at this time.
