Florida State basketball star Jacinta Monroe shines in USA Women's World University Games opener

Florida State star forward Jacinta Monroe scored 16 points, grabbed three rebounds and added three steals in the USA women's team 115-30 rout of France in the World University Games opener for both teams Wednesday in Belgrade, Serbia.

Monroe was one of five U.S. players in double figures. She and the team resume play Thursday against Great Britain.
