Review: Crowded House at Clearwater's Ruth Eckerd Hall
Crowded House? A hipster act? We love us some Don't Dream It's Over, but really?
Believe it. Steve Spears was at Crowded House's concert Wednesday at Ruth Eckerd Hall in Clearwater, and he writes that the Australian band's was full of cool people with cool music tastes, all busy looking cool.
"Every hipster in Tampa Bay was probably there among the boisterous 1,013 in attendance," he writes. "It seemed like a high school reunion ... of music critics. The only things missing were name tags and ashtrays."
