SoundBytes: CocoRosie, Wiz Khalifa, Marc Anthony and more
-- Freaky French freak-folkies CocoRosie, above, are coming to the State Theatre on Sept. 23. Tickets are $18-$20, and they'll go onsale at 10 a.m. Saturday at DaddyKool.com.
-- Twitter-backed, hypeworthy Pittsburgh rapper Wiz Khalifa is coming to the Ritz Ybor on Nov. 5, alongside Yelawolf. Tickets are $16.50, and they go onsale Friday. Click here to purchase.
-- Just added to the lineup for Last Damn Show on Aug. 28 at the St. Pete Times Forum: Rick Ross and John Blu.
-- Marc Anthony is coming to Orlando's Amway Arena on Sept. 19. Wonder if J.Lo will come with?
-- Also coming to the State: Karnivool on Aug. 20. Tickets are $13.
-- Want to hang out with the dancers for Rihanna and Justin Bieber? They'll be at the Studio Dance Company in Clearwater in the next week. Rihanna's dancers will stop by the studio before Friday's concert at the 1-800-Ask-Gary Amphitheatre. Justin Bieber's dancers will stop by on Aug. 3, before Biebz hits Orlando's Anway Arena on Aug. 4. Click here for details.
-- What do you call a No Doubt tribute band? No Clout, of course. They're performing at Bourbon Street in New Port Richey at 9:30 p.m. Saturday; tickets are $7. And they'll also be part of a fundraiser concert for fallen Tampa police officers on Aug. 15 at Channelside in downtown Tampa. Artists include Amber Lynn Nicol, Bet Me I'm Lying, 10th Concession and Livewire, featuring Hillsborough County Sheriff's deputy Jay Hajj on vocals.
-- Les Sables is a four-time nominee for the Canadian Smooth Jazz Awards' Album of the Year, which sounds like something from SCTV, but we're not about to challenge him on it. Check him out when he celebrates the release of his new CD, Crescent Shores, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Council Oak Steaks and Seafood Lounge inside the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.
-- Finally: A Lady Gaga fan from Tampa is in the running for a Billboard contest to fly out and see Lady Gaga in concert in Las Vegas. It's a look-alike contest, and we think she fits the bill -- and her photo was taken by tbt*, so you know we're in her corner. Check her out, and cast your vote at the contest's Facebook page.

50 Concerts
Why would anyone voluntarily attempt to see 50 concerts at 50 different venues in a single summer? Jay Cridlin shrugged and thought: Eh, why not.
