The Band Perry drops out of Florida Strawberry Festival

Tickets went on sale for the 2018 Florida Strawberry Festival Thursday, but if you were hoping to see the Band Perry, think twice before you purchase.

The band has canceled its March 3 performance at the Strawberry Festival, according to organizers. No reason was immediately given.

The fest will pick a new headliner for that in the coming weeks, and considering it's a Saturday show, it'll probably be someone interesting. Other headliners booked for 2018 include Reba McEntire, Brad Paisley and Earth, Wind and Fire.

As for tickets, they all went on sale this morning. One thing to keep in mind: With the Strawberry Festival redesigning its stage and concert amphitheater, there are no more free "first come, first served" seats in the grandstand. You must buy a ticket to get in.
