All-American Rejects, Owl City, Hot Chelle Rae lead lineup USF's Bullstock 2013 in Tampa
Something many local music fans might not know: You don't always have to be a University of South Florida student to enjoy the school's many high-profile concert events.
Homecoming is a big one, as USF has brought in artists like Ludacris, Lady Antebellumand Flo Rida for shows.
Another is the spring fest known as Bullstock, which this year takes place at 4 p.m. April 12 during USF Week. All-American Rejects, Owl City (above) and Hot Chelle Rae will lead a pop-rock-friendly show at 4 p.m. on the Meadows at the Tampa campus. The show is free, and according to USF's Campus Activities Board, it's "open to all USF students, faculty, staff, alumni and the USF community" -- so, it's basically free to everyone."
It's not the only big music event taking place on campus that week. There's also a university-wide talent show at 7 p.m. April 10 in the Oval Theater; and on April 9, the University Lecture Series will bring in John Legend for a performance and talk on civic involvement. Click here for details.
