"Glitz, hits and skin, skin, skin were in abundance at the St. Pete Times Forum last night, as those superheroic sexybombs in Destiny's Child steamed up our shores even more with a stop on their farewell tour."

Yes, by 2005, Destiny's Child finally caught up to the rest of the world and realized that Beyonce Knowles was a superstar in her own right, and it was time to say goodbye. The Times' Sean Daly covered their farewell show in Tampa on July 17, 2005, and noted that "it's hard to take your eyes off Beyonce (simply 'B' if you're her rapper boyfriend Jay Z)."

With 9,000-plus fans in the house, Beyonce treated fans to a solo medley of Baby Boy and Naughty Girl, along with "such a ferocious version of her Crazy in Love that she had to ask for a moment to catch her breath."
