Chicago; Earth, Wind and Fire coming to Tampa's MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheatre
Get ready for a whole lot of horns.
Two of the defining brass-driven acts of the '60s, '70s and '80s, Chicago and Earth, Wind and Fire, are teaming up for a new round of dates on their Heart and Soul Tour next spring, and they'll kick things off in Florida.
After shows in Jacksonville and West Palm Beach, Chicago and Earth, Wind and Fire will perform at Tampa's MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheatre on March 26. Tickets are $18.95 and up, and they'll go on sale Nov. 20. Click here for details.
You could format an entire radio station with hits from these two bands, from Chicago's Saturday in the Park and Does Anybody Really Know What Time It Is? to Earth, Wind and Fire's September, Shining Star and Let's Groove.
Chicago, as an added bonus, is up for induction in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame this year for the first time ever. Since Earth, Wind and Fire is alreay in, this show could end up being a twofer by the time it rolls around.
