For nearly six years, Kim Evans has been performing with Southern Exposure, and her voice is a staple at area restaurants such as R Beach in Hernando Beach and Mezzaluna in New Port Richey, as well as at local fundraisers. Evans sings a variety of music, including standards, R&B, disco and country. Her favorite artists are Natalie Cole and Eva Cassidy.

"Kim has one of the most exciting voices you'll ever hear around here," said community association president Eddie Lawrence, who has sung with Evans in concerts with the Hernando Jazz Society and Southern Exposure. "She is very talented."
