Big Boi cancels Sept. 3 concert at Jannus Live




For the third time in two months, a major artist has canceled a big-time concert at Jannus Live.

Outkast's Big Boi has called off his concert that was scheduled for Sept. 3 at Jannus Live in St. Petersburg. This follows cancellations of shows by Grupo Mania on July 31 and Sean Paul on July 10.

The complete announcement:

Jahfari Promotions, promoters of the Big Boi show scheduled for Sept. 3 at Jannus Live, have announced that the concert has been canceled. Problems arose with regard to the routing of Big Boi’s tour. No reschedule is planned at the moment. Refunds are available at point of purchase. Jannus Live will soon announce a replacement event on that First Friday before Labor Day.

An announcement on Jannus Live's Facebook page adds the following apology to fans: "Sorry for the inconvenience. It was out of our hands."
