Busch Gardens' Bands, Brew & BBQ: A review

Last Sunday, country duo Montgomery Gentry took the stage at Busch Gardens for the first concert in the park's 2011 "Bands, Brew & BBQ" series. That's them above.
Busch Gardens isn't your typical concert venue, but in recent years, more and more big-name acts have taken the stage there. It's not quite Universal Orlando's Mardi Gras celebration, but it's not bad.
The event continues through March 6 with more than 50 craft beers available for sampling; food from Outback Steakhouse, Smokey Bones and other restaurants; and live music at 5 p.m.. The concerts are free with park admission; wristbands for the beer garden are $25. For more details, see buschgardens.com. The music lineup is as follows:
Sunday: Joan Jett and the Blackhearts
Feb. 27: The Commodores and the Pointer Sisters
March 6: Travis Tritt and the Charlie Daniels Band
Tbt* bars and beer correspondent (and St. Pete DJ extraordinaire) Justin Grant checked out last week's Bands, Brew & BBQ event. Here's his review.
