In her ongoing quest to become Lady Gaga, Christina Aguilera has scheduled a mega-summer tour, and guess what? It's coming to Tampa.

Hot off the presses, Xtina's just-announced tour will hit Tampa's Ford Amphitheatre on Aug. 8, with British pop chanteuse Leona Lewis opening. No word on ticket prices yet, but this much we do know: Tickets will go onsale May 21, and anyone who orders tickets before June 4 will get a download code for a digital copy of her new album, Bionic, the day before its official release. We love the fact that the official tour announcement describes Aguilera as a "songwriter, actress, philanthropist and one of the greatest singers of her generation." Who's her publicist, James Lipton?
