We knew there was a reason we always liked Darius Rucker: He can't stand the New York Yankees, either.

"I like baseball," the former Hootie and the Blowfish frontman said this week during a conference call with reporters to promote his appearance Saturday at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg. "And I like the Rays. I like anyone who's in the same division as the Yankees. I'm a Yankee hater."
