With most colleges' Spring Breaks less than two weeks away, the Bishop Tavern and Lounge in downtown St. Petersburg is positioning itself as this year's premiere Spring Break hotspot in Tampa Bay.

Renowned MTV DJ Skribble will be in the house on Wednesday for a Spring Break kickoff show. He'll be spinning this Wednesday night at the Bishop Lounge, which is the upstairs bar at the Bishop complex at 260 First Ave. N, St. Petersburg.

Skribble is no stranger to the Tampa Bay Spring Break scene, as he performed last year at Shephard's Beach Resort in Clearwater Beach. Click here for photos of that event, which also featured Blake Lewis and Darude.

This is actually an early kickoff to the Bishop Tavern's Spring Break week, March 8-14, with DJs and drink specials every night, and a "sexiest swimsuit contest" on Wednesday, March 10. Click here for all the details.
