Drake, Public Enemy, Plies lead Last Damn Show lineup, Nov. 18 at the St. Pete Times Forum
Wild 94.1's annual showcase known as Last Damn Show was already postponed once, from Sept. 24 to Nov. 5. On Thursday, we found out it's been postponed again, from Nov. 5 to Nov. 18.
That's the bad news. The good news: We finally have a Last Damn Show lineup. And it's a nice one.
One of the hottest young rappers in recent years, Canadian loverboy Drake, leads the lineup for Last Damn Show 13 on Nov. 18 at the St. Pete Times Forum, Wild program director Orlando just announced on the air. He'll be joined by hip-hop legends Public Enemy, as well as Trina, Plies, Travis Porter and St. Pete newcomer Famous Kid Brick. More acts will likely be added in the coming weeks.
Drake is a huge get, which Wild really needed. As the station tried to fill out this year's Last Damn Show lineup, it was rebuffed by Jay-Z, Kanye West and Lil Wayne. A few weeks ago, they had Chris Brown and J.Cole booked, but Brown's Oct. 7 date at the 1-800-Ask-Gary Amphitheatre put the kibosh on that. (J.Cole will instead play Jannus Live on Saturday).
Tickets are onsale now via Ticketmaster for $25, $50, $60, $75, $150 and $175. Click here to get 'em.
