Lifehouse coming to the Ritz Ybor
There's Hanging By A Moment, Spin, You And Me, Halfway Gone, First Time and about a half-dozen more songs that you've probably heard a million times on the radio but couldn't name if your life depended on it. You take bands like Lifehouse for granted, and then before you know it, they sneak up on you with a jam-packed Greatest Hits album.
The last time they were in Tampa, Lifehouse had to share a stage with Fall Out Boy and Rihanna for the Pepsi Smash Super Bowl Bash. In April, they'll have the stage to themselves.
Lifehouse will perform April 13 at the Ritz Ybor. Tickets are $26 and they go onsale Friday. Click here for details.
This is sort of a last-minute show before they head off on VH1's Best Cruise Ever, which leaves from Tampa and runs April 15-19. Shinedown, Carolina Liar and, coincidentally, 3 Doors Down are also on board. It looks like one of Lifehouse's boatmates, Green River Ordinance, is booked to open the Ritz show. Maybe they can convince some of the other bands to show up, too.
