Live Nation offers House of Blues Orlando 'Club Passport' for $49.99

How would you like to see Chevelle, the Psychedelic Furs, the Happy Mondays, the Sounds, Eric Benet, Senses Fail, the Bravery, Blues Traveler, Ratt, Seven Mary Three, Lacuna Coil (above) and more, all for the low, low price of $49.99?

Live Nation is banking that you'll bite on that offer. They've just unveiled a new "Club Passport" aimed at smaller venues. For a one-time fee of $49.99, you can get access to a select number of shows at clubs nationwide -- including 17 concerts at the House of Blues in Orlando -- through the end of 2009.

As you might expect, on their FAQ page, Live Nation practically trips over themselves trying to list all the caveats:

-- Only a select number of concerts are participating in this deal. So don't harbor any illusions that this pass will get you into the Black Crowes, Colbie Caillat, Paramore, Pitbull, Dashboard Confessional, Taking Back Sunday or any of the other so-called "popular" shows at the House of Blues.

-- The tickets are not good when the show is sold out. You can, however, request an advance reservation for a show you'd like to attend.

-- Each Club Passport is only good at one Live Nation venue -- meaning you can't take your Orlando passport to Miami's Fillmore or Atlanta's Tabernacle.
