Lynyrd Skynyrd, Darius Rucker, Billy Currington, REO Speedwagon lead 2010 Strawberry Festival lineup

Their Web site may not reflect it just yet, but the Florida Strawberry Festival has officially announced the first slate of performers for the 2010 festival, coming March 4-14.

As usual, it's the country stars who are taking center stage -- Darius Rucker, Billy Currington, Julianne Hough, Sara Evans, Aaron Tippin, Josh Turner and Patty Loveless are all on the bill.

For classic rock fans, REO Speedwagon will perform on March 11, and Lynyrd Skynyrd will close the festival on March 14. For something a little different, Christian music superstar Michael W. Smith will play on March 6, Blue Collar Comic Bill Engvall will perform March 8, Debbie Reynolds (!) will appear on March 9, and the Smothers Brothers will perform on March 12.

There's still room for a couple of late additions to the lineup -- in particular, the Friday, March 12 headlining slot is still open, so look for at least one more major act to be unveiled in the coming weeks.

Ticket prices vary by performance, but all are between $10 and $30. Seats are first come, first served. Click here for all the Florida Strawberry Festival details.
