Machine Gun Kelly sued over bar brawl in St. Petersburg
Rising Ohio rapper Machine Gun Kelly, who in January was arrested after a brawl at the Bishop Tavern following a sold-out concert at the State Theatre, has been sued by security guard at the bar. William E. Long alleges that MGK, otherwise known as Richard Baker, cut his hand with a bottle and "exploited the incident for promotional and commercial gain, such that the incident went 'viral' on the Internet." This has been a breakout year for Machine Gun Kelly, and it's not slowing down anytime soon. And at this point, January's brawl hasn't stopped him from booking return trips to Tampa Bay. In March, he dominated this year's 94.1 Wild Splash in Clearwater. He's scheduled to perform with Tech N9ne on June 27 at the Hawaiian Village at the Stadium Green Iguana in Tampa. And he's also on the bill for the Vans Warped Tour on July 29 in St. Petersburg. At both of those upcoming stops, all eyes will be on MGK.
