As they gear up for an acoustic tour with Craig Owens of the wildly popular band Chiodos, breakout Tampa pop-punks Automatic Loveletter have released a high quality video for their new single Make-Up Smeared Eyes.

The acoustic ballad is buoyed by strings and topped by Juliet Simms' emotive kittycat croon. Directed by Adrian Picardi, the video is very well-made, even if it feels like your standard cliched rock-vid (extreme slow-mo, scratchy black-and-white footage, a singer performing alone on a bus).

And hey, guess who's joining Owens and Automatic Loveletter on tour? Former tbt* Ultimate Local Band Win Win Winter (singer Tommy Simms is Juliet's older brother).
