One day only: Live Nation dropping service fees for all Ford Amphitheatre concert tickets

Last Wednesday, Live Nation dropped service fees on tickets to a ton of its amphitheater concerts around the country, including a dozen shows at the Ford Amphitheatre in Tampa.

Turns out ticket sales on that day were 500 percent higher than on a normal Wednesday.

Lightbulb alert.

When money talks, Live Nation listens, so the events giant has decided to step up its game once again, this time in an even bigger way. This Wednesday, June 10, they're dropping all service fees for all tickets to all upcoming concerts at all amphitheaters -- but only for 24 hours, and only if you buy at That means if you buy your tickets on Wednesday, you'll save between $5 and $10 bucks on tickets to any of the following concerts:

June 26: Toby Keith and Trace Adkins

June 27: Kid Rock and Lynyrd Skynyrd

July 11: Aerosmith and ZZ Top

July 25: Rascal Flatts and Darius Rucker

Aug. 8: Kenny Chesney, Miranda Lambert and Lady Antebellum

Aug. 9: Coldplay

Aug. 11: Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival with Marilyn Manson and Slayer

Aug. 12: Dave Matthews Band

Aug. 14: Def Leppard, Poison and Cheap Trick

Aug. 15: Incubus

Aug. 28: Crue Fest 2 with Motley Crue, Godsmack and Drowning Pool

Sept. 4: Depeche Mode

Sept. 27: Blink-182, Fall Out Boy (above), All-American Rejects and Asher Roth

(Brad Paisley is coming to the FordAmp on Oct. 16, but those tickets aren't on sale yet, so the deal doesn't apply.)

The ticket deal is also good for shows at the Cruzan Amphitheatre in West Palm Beach, which is also hosting shows by the Warped Tour, Creed and Paisley. So if you feel up for a road trip, there you go.
