Regina Spektor coming to Ruth Eckerd Hall in Clearwater

Fiona Apple isn't the only classical-indie-pop chanteuse coming to Ruth Eckerd Hall this fall.

Consequence of Sound report the cultishly adored Regina Spektor is coming to Clearwater on Nov. 15. (For those of you who'd prefer a trip to Orlando, she'll also be at the House of Blues on Nov. 14.)

The Soviet-born pianist with the dynamic voice broke into the mainstream with her 2006 album Begin to Hope, which spawned the catchy singles Fidelity, Us and On The Radio, all of which you've probably heard about a million times at your neighborhood Starbucks. She'll be touring in support of her new album What We Saw From the Cheap Seats, released in May.

Tickets are listed at $39.50-$49.50 from Ruth Eckerd Hall. Click here for details. Spektor's Facebook page says presale tickets could go onsale as early as Aug. 7 in some cities, so expect more details this week.
