Review: American Idols Live at the St. Pete Times Forum

American Idols Live stopped by the St. Pete Times Forum Tuesday night, and reviewer Stephanie Hayes says the show was "slick, corporately smarmy and pretty entertaining."

"The 10 were cast as narrow sketches," she writes. "The retro chanteuse. The smooth soul singer. The plucky rock chick. The fans approved with chalkboard screams."

Winner Kris Allen, above, looked dreamy, but Adam Lambert was insanely popular with the crowd. And Scott McIntyre's "piano was pretty during Vanessa Carlton's A Thousand Miles, but Matt Giraud showed him up with bluesy chops on Hard to Handle and Georgia on My Mind."

But enough of what we think. How did you guys like the show? After seeing them live, do you think the right Idol won? Or were Lambert and Danny Gokey jobbed?

Give us your review in the comments.
