We're almost a month away from Wild Splash 2010, the massive annual hip-hop show sponsored by Wild-94.1. Tickets to the March 20 event have been on sale for some time. And yet, until recently, we didn't even know who would be there.

This week we got our first peek at the lineup. Sean Paul is the biggest name on the bill, but a few up-and-comers are listed as well: Roscoe Dash (All The Way Turnt Up), New Boyz (You're a Jerk), B.O.B. (Nothin' On You) and Yo Gotti (5 Star). Tampa's own Plies is on the bill. Omnipresent Tampa-Orlando combo Javon Black and Lil Kee (Shawty Tear It Up) are also up to perform.

Wild's Web site says this is only the first round of announcements, so expect more artists to be announced soon. Last year's lineup included Busta Rhymes, Soulja Boy and Sean Kingston.

The real news, however, is that Wild Splash is moving back to Clearwater's Coachman Park. Wild Splash was a regular at Coachman until 2008, when it left Clearwater for the Ford Amphitheatre. City officials weren't sorry to see it go.

CBS Radio Tampa marketing and promotions director Drew Fleming said the station wanted to return Wild Splash to a general-admission type event, rather than the tiered, seated style at the Ford Amphitheatre. He said they might look at holding another event at the FordAmp later in the year, depending on how Wild Splash does.

"It was just asically for the aesthetics of the show, to have more of a festival atmosphere," Fleming said. "It's basically the same setup that we always had when it used to be at Coachman Park."

Tickets to this year's Wild Splash are $22; click here to purchase.
