-- The new electronic-music roadshow known as the Identity Festival will take place Aug. 24 at the 1-800-Ask-Gary Amphitheatre, but we're still waiting on ticket info, as well as confirmation on who will be at the Tampa stop -- although that info could be coming as soon as Tuesday. We'll keep you posted.
-- It's not 100 percent clear from this press release, but it sounds like Randy Travis will celebrate his new CD Anniversary Celebration with a live hourlong concert on HSN, which is headquartered in St. Petersburg. So if any of you see Randy Travis out walking around town that weekend -- and you know how crazy the paparazzi is about Randy Travis -- let us know.
-- It's not often we get word of a national act coming to the Fox Jazz Club in Tampa, so it's noteworthy that jazz singer-songwriter Matt Cusson will be there on June 18. No word on tickets, but keep an eye out here.
