SoundBytes: Jamie Cullum, Hawthorne Heights, Something Corporate and more

-- OK Go likes to take photos of the crowd at their concerts, then post them to Facebook. Above is the photo singer Damian Kulash posted from Friday's show at Crowbar. Your humble Soundcheck editor is right in the thick of the fray.

-- Now here's a jazz show we can get behind: British jazz-pop singer-pianist-all-around-wunderkind Jamie Cullum will play one of the first dates on his upcoming U.S. tour at Ruth Eckerd Hall at 8 p.m. July 7. Tickets are $33-$53. Click here for details.

-- Bourbon Street's devotion to metal knows no bounds, even when it comes to emo! Hawthorne Heights will play in New Port Richey on June 19, according to their website. Tickets are just $11, which apparently includes a copy of their new album, which is a pretty cool deal. Click here for the deets.

-- Also coming to Bourbon Street: Girls Gone Wild, on May 28. The man providing the musical accompaniment to all this jigglemongering is the one and only 2 Pistols. Ladies get in free; it's $12-$15 for guys. Click here for the details.

-- Is a Something Corporate reunion tour bigger news than a normal Jack's Mannequin tour? We're not sure. But the SoCo tour is happening, and Andrew McMahon and company are coming to the House of Blues in Orlando on Aug. 16. Click here.

-- Tickets to Brad Paisley (with Darius Rucker and Justin Moore) on Aug. 13 at the Ford Amphitheatre go onsale Friday at 10 a.m., in prices ranging from $23.50 to $58. Click here for details.

-- Well, we know where we'll be on Memorial Day. Russell from Survivor is coming to the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino for a meet-and-greet from 6 to 8 p.m. May 31. At least, that's where he SAYS he'll be. We can't definitively trust him. It's free, and everyone who goes gets a free autographed photo.Former Survivor winner Natalie White is also coming.

-- Mark your calendars: The Artists and Writers Group's Homemade Music Symposium is coming to Ybor City June 12-13. It's a good event for local artists looking for ways to get their music heard. Click here for what few details there are at this point.

-- Lovely face-painting rap-metal collective hed(pe) are bringing their Strange Noize Tour, with Kutt CalhounKottonmouth Kings' Johnny Richter and Big B to the State Theatre on July 10. No word on tickets yet, but then again, does anyone out there actually want to know?

-- Also coming to the State Theatre: Australian rootsman Xavier Rudd on Sept. 5. B.Y.O.didgeridoo.
