The moody Swedish singer-songwriter will perform with his band Junip on June 14 at Crowbar in Ybor City. Tickets are $12-$15. Click here for details. And maybe if we're lucky, he'll play a couple of solo songs, too? HeartbeatsDown The LineCrosses? Anything, man.

-- Another awesome, unexpected show: The Love Language, May 17 at New World Brewery. Tickets are only $8, which is pretty phenomenal for a very talented group on Merge Records (Superchunk, Arcade Fire). Click here for details.

-- The rejuvenated Amphitheatre in Ybor City is wasting no time drawing in big-name DJs to help get its party started. Dubstep favorite Rusko is coming to the venue on May 5. Click here for details.

Click here for details. (Fun fact: Did you know Creed Bratton from The Office is the guitarist for the Grass Roots? We don't know if he's touring with them on this go around, but wouldn't it be fun if he was?)

-- Also coming to Ruth Eckerd Hall: Blues guitarist Joe Bonamassa, on Nov. 25. Tickets go onsale at noon Friday (4/8). Click here for details.

-- Speaking of, um, tickets: The ones for Taylor Swift's Nov. 12 concert at the St. Pete Times Forum go onsale Friday (4/8), and will cost $25-$69.50. Click here.

-- Rick Derringer, of Rock and Roll Hoochie Koo and Hang On Sloopy fame, will headline a free concert at Clearwater's BLAST Friday on April 29 in the downtown Cleveland Street area.

-- Is Bill Edwards -- of Big 3 Entertainment, formerly of Jannus Live and currently of The Club at Treasure Island -- the best choice to run the Mahaffey Theater? St. Petersburg Mayor Bill Foster thinks so.

-- The acclaimeed musical Rock of Ages was set on Hollywood's Sunset Strip. So why is the movie version, starring Tom Cruise, Alec Baldwin and Russell Brand, being filmed in Florida?

-- Sean Daly pays tribute to the final days of WMNF's Polka Party Express.

-- Following Thursday's tryouts in Miami, St. Pete teen Amanda Puyot has made to the second round of Simon Cowell's X Factor.
