-- Busch Gardens and SeaWorld have announced the lineups for their February "Bands, Brew & BBQ" series, and it's pretty, um ... odd? At Busch Gardens, you've got Dennis DeYoung of Styx (Feb. 7), Willie Nelson (Feb. 14), Huey Lewis and the News (Feb. 21) and Pat Benatar and Neil Giraldo (Feb. 28). At SeaWorld, you've got LeAnn Rimes (Feb. 6), Montgomery Gentry (Feb. 13), John Rich of Big & Rich (Feb. 20) and Yes (Feb. 27). The shows are free with your admission to the park.

-- Speaking of Orlando, Alkaline Trio will be at the House of Blues on March 22, alongside Cursive. Tickets are an eminently reasonable $15.75 and $19.25. Click here for details.

-- Check out Artist Advocacy's new interview with Blind Man's Colour. The much-hyped indie collective will perform Thursday (New Year's Eve) at the new World of Beer in St. Petersburg.

-- Congrats to Ruth Eckerd Hall, which Billboard magazine named the world's No. 1 venue with 2,500 seats or fewer in the past year and the pst decade. Some numbers from the past decade: 2,525,479 tickets sold to concerts and events, 320 sellouts, and gross ticket sales of $84,004,732. The Straz Center also scored pretty high, too.
