-- The Flaming Lips have had to cancel their appearance at this weekend's SunFest in West Palm Beach "due to due to the hospitalization of (guitarist) Steven Drozd." As far as we know, their May 12 St. Petersburg show is still on, but we'll keep you posted with any updates.

-- In addition to releasing their 2010-11 Broadway Season (including the '80s musical Rock of Ages and Spring Awakening), Ruth Eckerd Hall has been announcing a few more concerts lately, like Cedric the Entertainer on June 28, or Crowded House on July 28, or Tears For Fears on Sept. 1. -- If you're enjoying the new American Stage in the Park production of Hair -- and who isn't? -- you might want to check out musical director Vince di Mura, who is pulling double duty during Hair's run by playing piano for after-hours jams at American Stage's cabaret series. He performs Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 10:30 p.m. through May 15. Click here for details.
