Tampa's Jingle Ball 2010: Maroon 5, Enrique Iglesias, Train, Bruno Mars, B.o.B. lead lineup

Some thought year's 93.3 Jingle Ball at the St. Pete Times Forum was kind of a bust, despite the presence of host Adam Lambert and headliners The Fray and Jordin Sparks.

We doubt we'll hear similar complaints about this year's show.

The radio station today unveiled the lineup for its second-ever Jingle Ball on Dec. 12, and it is jam-freaking-packed: Headliners include Enrique Iglesias, above, Maroon 5 and Train. Two of the year's hottest pop acts, Bruno Mars and B.o.B., will also perform (is that a live rendition of Nothin' On You we smell cooking?). Mike "Cooler Than Me" Posner and poppy rock act The Ready Set are also on the bill. And the station may still add more acts in the weeks ahead.

Nothing against last year's lineup, but this year's kinda blows it out of the water. Getting Bruno Mars and B.o.B. (who already blew audiences away at this year's Wildsplash in Clearwater) on the same bill is a coup. And Maroon 5 and Train just seems like a tour pairing that was inevitable, doesn't it?

And don't sleep on any late additions to the lineup. Last year's late adds weren't big names at the time, but they got a lot bigger in 2010: Jason Derulo and Ke$ha.

Other notable facts about Jingle Ball 2010:

-- Tickets go onsale to the general public at 10 a.m. (UPDATE: The time has been changed to 3 to 5 p.m.) Saturday via Ticketmaster. The first 1,000 upper-level seats will sell for $9.33, but only on Saturday at the St. Pete Times Forum box office. You can also win tickets by listening to 93.3-FLZ at 8 a.m., noon, 5 p.m. and 8 p.m.

-- They're bringing back the Metro PCS Celebrity Club, where you can meet and get photos with some of the stars on the bill, plus a few surprise guests. There will also be a private acoustic show by Train for a few select fans, and as we saw the last time theycame through town, Train puts on a pretty mean acoustic set.

-- There's no word on a celebrity host yet, but we'll let you know if we hear something.
