You write the review: Saving Abel at the St. Pete Times Forum
As promised, I checked out the Tampa Bay Lightning vs. the Washington Capitals on Saturday night. Also as promised, Saving Abel performed a free concert after the game outside the St. Pete Times Forum. Also as promised, I did not stay for the show.
Cut me some slack. I mean, the Lightning lost, so I didn't exactly feel like a-rockin'. And I've already endured two sports-related modern grunge concerts -- 3 Doors Down with the Rays, and Trapt with the Bucs. So I stuck around long enough to hear one song and snap the above photo, and then I split, heading up the street to watch the Bucket Drummer guy do his thing instead.
So let me turn it over to you. How was the concert? What did I miss? Did Saving Abel's rendition of Addicted help you overcome your Ovechkin-inflicted hockey grief? And what, technically speaking, is the difference between Saving Abel and Trapt?
You have the floor, Saving Abel fans -- leave your review in the comments.
