David Crosby talks Donald Trump: 'It's about as bad as 9/11'

David Crosby isn't mincing words when it comes to the election of Donald Trump.

"I feel very badly for our country," he said in a recent phone interview.

"Now, okay, it isn't Pearl Harbor," he said. "It's about as bad as 9/11, or maybe worse, because the consequences are much longer-reaching. So it's really devastatingly bad."

Crosby, who performs Sunday at the Capitol Theatre in Clearwater (click here), isn't sitting silently as he embarks on a new tour in support of his new album Lighthouse.

"I'm frustrated, I'm angry, and I'm not so constituted as to be able to roll over and surrender," he said. "So I got a big uphill fight on my hands."

There's a lot more where that came from, including more of Crosby's thoughts on Joni Mitchell; the future of Crosby, Stills and Nash; and America's "stupid" president-elect. Click here for the full interview.
