Florence and the Machine coming to Amway Center in Orlando
There's no question Florence and the Machine are now in the uppermost tier of rock bands worldwide, with a long (and getting longer) list of festival-headlining appearances under their belt.
So is it worth the drive to see them in Orlando? We say yes.
Florence and the Machine will perform at Orlando's Amway Center on May 14, one of two "How Beautiful" tour dates announced thus far. (The other is May 13 in Miami.) Tickets start at $28.50 and go on sale Saturday. Click here for details.
In addition to being a stellar live act, Florence Welch and company only seem to get more acclaimed with each passing album. Their latest, How Big, How Blue, How Beautiful, made our list of the 10 best albums of 2015, and single What Kind of Man our list of the 10 best songs.
While Flo hasn't officially announced an opener for the Orlando show, other openers on the tour include Grimes and Of Monsters and Men. If it's either of those two acts, that's one heckuva package. If it's someone else along those lines, that'll be sweet, too.
