OneRepublic coming to the MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheatre in Tampa

The last time OneRepublic came to Tampa Bay, it was a win-lose situation. They played a free postgame concert for the Rays at Tropicana Field, and while the home team lost 6-2, OneRepublic put on a surprisingly stellar show that ended up on Soundcheck's Best of 2013 list.

This time around, Rays fans can breathe a little easier. Ryan Tedder and his hitmaking crew (Apologize, Secrets, Counting Stars) will perform at Tampa's MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheatre on Aug. 16, almost one year to the day after their last local gig. Tickets are $25-$65, and they'll go on sale Feb. 21. Click here for details.

Support hasn't been announced for the tour, but you can bet some up-and-coming pop talent would make a killer opener, or even a co-headliner. Sara Bareillis? Ed Sheeran? Passenger? Emeli Sande? Let the guessing begin!
