Review: Up close, Taylor Swift delights at the Amway Center in Orlando
Are you among the lucky few (okay, 20,000 or so) who managed to snag tickets to Taylor Swift's sold-out concert on Saturday at the Tampa Bay Times Forum?
Even if you are, you probably won't have as much fun as Chloe Beaver and Alexa Beaulieu, students at St. Petersburg High and correspondents for our sister publication, tb-two*, had at one of Taylor Swift's two shows last weekend at Orlando's Amway Center.
Chloe and Alexa were stuck in the Amway's cheap seats when a kind stranger asked if they'd mind trading their seats for hers, which were in the fourth row -- apparently those were too loud. (Yeah, we know, that never happens to us, either.)
So the two teens got an up-close-and-personal look at Swift's Red tour, sitting a mere 10 feet from the singer. "She was so close I felt like she could see me screaming and singing along to every song," says Alexa.
