SoundBytes: Trace Adkins, Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Exposé and more



- We're starting to get inundated with a slew of new holiday concerts around town, and three biggies go on sale this week. First, Trans-Siberian Orchestra brings their "Lost Christmas Eve" show to the Tampa Bay Times Forum for two shows on Dec. 1. Tickets are $30-$68; click here. Up at Ruth Eckerd Hall, country singer Trace Adkins (above) will bring a "reverent, family-themed theatrical production" to Clearwater on Dec. 18. Tickets are $47.50-$87.50; click here. And at the Mahaffey Theater, Chris Isaak will bring his holiday tour to St. Pete on Dec. 22. Tickets start at $39.50, click here.

-- One of the biggest stars in Christian pop, TobyMac, will bring his all-star "Hits Deep Tour" to the USF Sun Dome on Nov. 15. Brandon Heath, Mandisa, Jamie Grace, Colton Dixon, Chris August and Capital Kings will join him. Tickets are $25-$75. Click here.

-- Vision-impaired American Idol finalist Scott MacIntyre will perform at a benefit for VSA Florida on Oct. 18 at the University of South Florida Oval Theatre, inside the Marshall Student Center. Tickets are $15 and up. Click here.

-- Jazzman Gato Barbieri has postponed today's concert at Tampa's Friday Morning Musicale into sometime in 2014 due to a throat infection. Ticket holders have been automatically refunded.
