The Eagles coming to the Tampa Bay Times Forum in Tampa
They may be the butt of the joke in The Big Lebowski, but there's no denying the Eagles remain one of the most popular groups of all time. Their history may be fractious, but their catalog is iconic -- and with a new generation of artists like Dawes embracing a throwback California-rock vibe, they've become even more influential.
If you need a refresher course on Eagles history, good news: The band is bringing their "History of the Eagles" tour to Tampa. Don Henley, Joe Walsh, Glenn Frey and Timothy B. Schmidt will play the Tampa Bay Times Forum on Nov. 20. According to an announcement from the Forum, the band "will perform classics spanning their career, including some that have never been performed live, as well as songs featured in History of the Eagles, the band's acclaimed documentary that provides an unprecedented and intimate look at the history of the band and the legacy of its music."
Tickets are $49-$177, and they'll go onsale to the general public at 10 a.m. June 29. Click here for details.
