Tampabay.com readers have been drawn to the tale of Summer Moll, the 4-year-old girl who survived a crash that killed her mother. As she recovers from the accident, a custody battle is brewing between her grandparents and her father (who had been absent from Summer's life for three years).
Several readers have asked how they can help with Summer's medical expenses, which have already hit $500,000.
- There is a fundraiser from 5-9 tonight at the Valrico Beef O'Brady's, 2561 E State Road 60 (at Miller Road).
- Donations can be made Summer's Trust. Checks should be sent to Tammy Rosian, Trustee of Summer Moll Trust, 501 N. Morgan Street, Suite 200, Tampa, FL 33602.
