The Humane Society of Tampa Bay may have just the right match for you. Shadow, above, is a happy-go-lucky Labrador, Retriever/Greyhound looking for a family.

And for the cat lovers: Honey had lived in the same home for 9 years until being taken to the shelter recently. "Getting to know new people is a little hard at first, but I’m a genuinely friendly and loving cat that just needs a chance," her description says.

Take a look at photos of more adoptable pets from the Humane Society to see if you spot the right one for you and your family. If you're not ready to adopt, you can just look at the pics and vote for the cutest.
