Reader question: How to submit a community event

A tampabay.com Facebook fan r ecently asked how to submit a community event to tampabay.com. We thought it would be helpful to share our response with all of our readers:

If it's information regarding a public event you'd like included in our entertainment listings, please e-mail calendar@tampabay.com.
If you would like to request St. Petersburg Times staff cover an event, please e-mail local@sptimes.com.
