Your weather photos: Rowing through South Tampa
Tampabay.com reader Amy Martz of South Tampa spotted a woman rowing through South Tampa Sunday night after a thunderstorm.
"It only rained for 30 minutes!" wrote Martz, a professional photographer. "This would be a major problem of Katrina and New Orleans nature if a hurricane were to hit Tampa."
Cars were underwater at Manhattan and El Prado streets. "People were stuck for hours," on a street that just undewent major improvements, Martz said.
Martz wonders where she can voice her concerns in the city. Any suggestions for her?
