Teresa French, a former Clearwater resident, snapped a sweet photo of Hula, her 7-year-old Australian Shepherd and Coco. Hula is a kindhearted dog, French says, and has taken care of Coco since her family adopted her two years ago in Houston.

"Hula immediately took on the role of Coco's 'mother.' She snuggled with Coco, shepherded her throughout the house, and washed her. She continues her role as mother to this day."

French also is proud of Hula's singing talents and shared this video of Hula "singing" opera.
