Ahoy, matey! Joe Petrucci of Clearwater Beach dressed his dog Roki as a pirate for the recent SPCA Tampa Bay Pet Walk Halloween Costume Contest. Petrucci adopted the 5-year-old Pekingese/Havanese mix from the Humane Society of Tampa Bay a few months ago.
