Dontae Morris, wanted in the shooting deaths of two Tampa police officers, may have shaved his head and face to change his appearance and elude capture, the police chief said Friday. "People say that they have seen him,'' Police Chief Jane Castor told reporters this morning. She said police will distribute photos of Morris altered to show what he might look like with a shaved head and face.
