Brittany Miles: "I'm not going to jail"
Before her pickup screamed through a red light and slammed into Henry F. McCain's motorcycle, Brittany Elizabeth Miles looked into his eyes. The 21-year-old said she tried to swerve around him but he turned the same way. Miles, now charged with McCain's murder, insisted his death was an accident in a phone call to her son's father.
